Job Description:

This is an office-based role. For the right candidate, we are happy to consider working hours that suit you (part-time, full-time, condensed hours, school hours etc).

Are you good with numbers? Do you have a great eye for detail? Would you like to fill a crucial role in an established business?


If so, then our position of Payroll Assistant could be for you! 


This crucial role will involve payroll and auto-enrolment administration for a portfolio of clients.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will:


-    Be trustworthy and conscientious
-    Be organised and reliable
-    Work comfortably as part of a small but supportive team 
-    Be personable (as the role will involve client contact)


Experience & Knowledge

The successful candidate will ideally:


-    Have worked in a similar role
-    Be confident with computers and comfortable working with a variety of software
-    Have experience of communicating with clients, offering support and advice

No formal qualifications are required for this role.


The role will be based at our Skipton offices.


£20,000 to £25,000 (pro rata if applicable) depending on age and experience. A degree of salary flexibility can be offered to the right candidate.
