Shepherd Partnership (Chartered Certified Accountants) are looking for a dedicated part-time PA/Administrator to join our team in Skipton for a newly created role. We can offer flexibility in hours but your working days would ideally be spread throughout the working week.

The Role

 

As PA/Administrator, you will primarily support our director, but will also be involved with the wider team, ensuring our internal processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities (although not limited to):

  • Director Support: Proactive management of emails and calendars.

  • Team Coordination: Managing staff holiday requests and internal schedules.

  • Internal Communications: Acting as a point of contact and overseeing internal team communications.

  • Operations: Handling essential tasks including organising staff training, office data handling , and other ad hoc tasks as required.

  • Office Flow: General administrative duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

About You

 

We are looking for:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or PA role.

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Strong IT literacy (familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook) and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.

  • You must have excellent attention to detail and respect the need to maintain absolute confidentiality at all times.

  • A friendly, professional manner with both colleagues and clients.
