Businesses are invited to attend a free workshop (part of a programme of events being held by Craven District Council with funding from the European Regional Development Fund) to learn how they can use digital marketing techniques to find out more about their customers - who they are, what they like and why they are, or who aren't buying their products.
Many businesses have seen the necessity of moving at least some of their business online. However, they have also discovered what a wealth of skill is needed to realise some of the best benefits of doing this.
In this session – Bridgette Kelly, Digital Advantage’s Business Advisor, will take a look at the digital marketing landscape today; exploring where, why and how businesses can and should engage to maintain and grow their businesses using digital and social marketing. Suitable for B2B and B2C – the session will touch on strategy and planning, SEO/Google analytics, social platforms and content marketing whilst showcasing the training programme available for businesses in April, May and June.
