Help to Grow Scheme with digital and management programmes to help businesses grow

If you are looking to grow your business, the Help to Grow scheme might be of interest to you.

Help to Grow Management

This is a 12 week-programme combining a practical curriculum, with 1:1 support from a business mentor, peer-learning sessions and an alumni network.

It is designed to be manageable alongside work and supports you to develop your skills with modules covering financial management, innovation and digital adoption.

30,000 places will be available over 3 years. And the cost is 90% subsidised by government, which will cost £750.

UK businesses from any sector that have been operating for more than 1 year, with between 5 to 249 employees are eligible.

The participant should be a decision maker or member of the senior management team within the business e.g. Chief Executive, Finance Director etc.

Help to Grow: Digital

This scheme offers free impartial advice on how technology can boost your business, which will be delivered through a new online platform launching this Autumn when full details about eligible software and the vouchers available will be published.

Discounts up to 50% on the costs of approved software are on offer, worth up to £5,000. It is anticipated that vouchers are initially expected to be available for software that helps businesses build customer relationships and increase sales, make the most of selling online and manage accounts and finances digitally.

We understand that this will be open to businesses which:

  • employ between 5 and 249 employees and are registered at Companies House

  • have been trading for more than 12 months

  • are purchasing the discounted software for the first time

Full details of both scheme and details of how to apply and register your interest can be found on GOV.UK.
