New Business Units ready for Tenants in Langcliffe

Article shared from Enterprising Craven Business Newsletter

Business units being constructed by Craven District Council at Langcliffe (BD24 9NU) are approaching completion in readiness for tenants to start moving in from September.

There are 8 new units being built varying in size from 1,000sq ft to 3,500 sq ft with access to ultrafast broadband connectivity via Openreach or direct with B4RN (Broadband for the Rural North). The units have been built to afford the highest sustainability performance possible, including roof mounted Solar PV panels, low voltage lighting and low emissivity glass.

The units are part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund and the York and North Yorkshire Local Enterprise Partnership as part of the Council's Langcliffe Quarry Enterprise Centre project to create a purpose built rural enterprise facility for new, early stage and growing businesses within Craven.
