HM Revenue & Customs are pausing some Research & Development Tax Credit (RDTC) payments while they investigate some irregular claims.
We understand that the majority of R&D relief claims are unaffected although there will be some delays to HMRC’s usual processing times, to help ensure they prevent abuse of the relief.
