The Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Bill is working its way through the law making process and seeks to make the biggest changes to Companies House in over 170 years.
If the Bill becomes law it will make wide-reaching reforms to Companies House, including the introduction of identity verification checks for new and existing directors and agents who act on their behalf.
