The launch of the new service allowing employers to set up variable direct debit plans to pay PAYE tax and NIC liabilities has been delayed. Rather than 19 September 2022, this will now be available from 3 October 2022.
At this early stage Yvette, our payroll manager, has reservations about clients using this new service as the employer will not be in control of the amounts taken.
