We understand that HMRC have commenced yet another ‘One to Many’ letter campaign which is being sent to taxpayers who HMRC believe have income from distributions or dividends to declare.
The letter provides 30 days for the taxpayer to respond. Whilst we do not believe any of our clients will be affected by this, please get in touch if you get one of these letters, as simply ignoring it is not the right thing to do, even if you believe your tax affairs are up to date.
